Are your fees refundable if I don’t secure a property?

For our full service we charge half the total amount up front and the balance upon application approval. These fees cover the time, expertise and on-the-ground work our team provides, so they are generally non-refundable. However, if we don't secure a home for you we will not charge the balance.

Do you charge any hidden fees?

No. All fees are discussed upfront before we begin. If any additional costs may apply, we’ll always explain them clearly in advance.

Can I claim your fees as a relocation expense?

Many clients are able to claim our services as part of their relocation package or tax-deductible expenses, depending on their circumstances. Please speak with your employer or financial adviser for specific advice.

Do you work with international payments?

Yes. We regularly assist clients relocating from overseas and can accept payments from international accounts in AUD. We’ll confirm payment options with you before we start.
